I've always been an old navy fan. I have lots of their jeans and linen and cotton shirts. They also have good end of season sales. One thing is to always check fabric content. Aim for 95% or 97% cotton. The heavier weight will last longer and its better to size up and shrink or tailor down to fit.

Where do you put the red light bulb? I know in one of your videos you stated it but I was confused. Thank you for your videos you have helped me!

I use cotton flour sack towels (aka tea towels) from Walmart and also I use cotton pre folded diapers. I pour the castor oil on the tea towel and let it soak in then place it on with a layer of Saran Wrap over and then wrap with 6” ace bandages (off brand from Amazon). It’s very soothing. I have not yet had my full results yet but I have watched many videos and have full confidence in this method.

I had to comeback here to give my review this OIL IS A MIRACLE IN A BOTTLE 😍😍😍🌳🌳🌳💚 . I have a tendinitis and knees pain this made me go back to life. I put on. My feet with À warm bag and make me sleep like a baby . Is pure relaxation. The other things I notice is I pee better 😂😂😂😂 I don’t know is like something was blocking my bladder and now I’m free . I also use this with cayenne pepper for my knees , feet even better. Please if you have gut issues don’t put cayenne pepper on your tummy is going to hurt 😅. I guess I learned the hard way. From now and then CASTOR OIL IS MY GO TO . I can wait to try cumin oil now.
